Northern Districts Athletics Club was the first club in South Australia to become a “One Club” with the amalgamation of Salisbury East Little Athletics and Salisbury Amateur Athletic Clubs.
Under this arrangement, we have affiliations with both Little Athletics SA and Athletics SA meaning that our athletes can compete under Northern Districts Athletics Club banner from 3 years of age (Tiny Tots) – right through to 90+ years (Masters).
Northern Districts Athletics Club is a club which is very proud to be family friendly. We cater for all athletes regardless of age or ability.
We have specialised coaches that support track and field athletes, Little Athletes and our Recreational Runners.
Our venue is the amazing Bridgestone Athletics Centre in Salisbury. It's just the second fully synthetic facility in South Australia and is the only one that hosts regular Little Athletics club meets.
We run four different athletics programs from this facility including Little Athletics, Senior athletics training, Social Aths and Rec Runners. You can learn more about these various programs here.
We also run an annual community fun run event at Carisbrooke Park called Salisbury.RUN. This event offers distances from 2km to the half marathon and also acts as a primary fundraiser for the club.
